BEAUTY ON DEMAND
The Glow is a 15 minute plant-based exfoliating facial that can be experienced on an Aveda counter in department stores and select free standing stores and salons across the country as of July 2013. It is an ideal way to pamper yourself as well as try Aveda skincare and spa services if you are short on time.

Massages
We offer complimentary hand and arm massages to our clients as well as offering head massages for those stressful days at the office.
IN-STORE PRODUCTS
The salon uses Aveda full spectrum colour that is 97% naturally derived, offers less fading and is damage free. Whether you are choosing highlights, half highlights, a permanent or semi permanent colour, our aim is to produce natural beauty enhancement.
Prior to attending an appointment to have a colour applied, we require all clients to undertake a patch test to ensure that there is no risk of reaction. We also request that clients do not shampoo their hair for at least 24 hours prior to a colour being applied.

TRAINING SERVICES
Sands Hairdressing is pleased to offer professional hairdressing training to other salons and freelance hairstylists.
Our Inspirational Training Days take place throughout the year and focus on sharpening classic techniques, introducing new techniques through demonstration in the morning and workshop training in the afternoon.
This inspirational approach benefits both stylist and client by generating exciting looks for new and existing clients, increasing revenue and motivating others. Directed by Denise Allen, who spent ten years as Creative Director at Vidal Sassoon and has trained stylists worldwide, the sessions offer exceptional value for money and give your staff immediate new skills to take back and use on the salon floor.
